To decrypt a complex folder structure containing a mixture of encrypted and non-encrypted files, where the top-level folder is NOT encrypted, first use the Properties box to turn encryption ON for Under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, look for .zip, right click it export it first (to back it up in case something goes wrong), and then delete it. dont get it saying 'Open with...' when you click on a file nor that rundll application not found, perfect fix.
