Not only are all editions of Windows 7 having this theme problem, I also experienced the same problem with remote desktop sessions to Windows Server 2008 R2 with Desktop Experience. I don't think the source creator is fixed as this is clearly a coded Windows issue, but the problem is fixed without reinstallation or new profile creation, and it is repeatable. b.
