Do the following:Boot up the PS4 System and access the Settings menuSelect 'Sound and Screen', 'Audio Output Settings', 'Primary Output Port'Select 'HDMI OUT'Make sure that the 'Output 5.1ch Audio' is checked Just remember 2 setting that needed to be lowered of something about number of active sound channels (as in the number of sound effects that can play at once). That way it's easier to switch without actually pulling cards. Sound still doesn't work. Check This Out
Almost all modern sound cards support at least 32 channels; Audigy series cards can support up to 64; X-Fi cards support up to 128. It looks like you're new here. Realtek Hd Audio Manager Windows 10 I have no speakers, my headset is connected directly into the back of my computer. I have a razor USB headset and all i can do when the sound breaks is alt+tab and disable it and then enable it again.
I ended up activating my internal realtek sound chip, and the game ended up sounding fine. Turned off the game and my computer a second time. Just message me and write me what game you want for 20 euro/20 dollars and ill gift it to you Glad I could help but so you know, I don't ever I just disabled my SoundBlaster audio drivers via device manager.

I've been using them for 2 years and they work just fine on D3 and everything else. Restarted the game and the computer. Sound starts working again but it started cutting out soon after. I don't own a HD realtek just the regular one that uses the AC97 type driver, but I'm pretty sure the settings for that didn't have the same .ini listing that
