My copy of OUTLOOK is part of MS Office Student and Teacher 2003 and all the other components of the suite work normally. If you use Comcast as your Internet Service Provider, Norton Security is a free download (I think you can put it on 3 computers). I tried to download something and now something called arcing pops up and says it has stopped working.
