The video tests don't test everything on the card, and recently I'm seeing more and more card failures that still pass the diagnostics. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system. It sounds like singers in songs are singing in a tunnel or something. WTH?

I even tried alternate drivers. the songs sound much better when i jack up volume to 100%. Sure there were drivers for my hardware, but all of the drivers were "functional" at best. Then it exited.
FYI - the drivers for the disabled devices are still loaded in memory. I double checked and made sure I have the correct Sound Blaster which I do. For instance yesterday I was gaming for 6 hours straight with netflix running on my other monitor with no issues. It's more looking for problem areas and trying to fix them as we see them.
