I'm having the same issue. I'm assuming that your video files are all seperately rendered and sitting on your hard drive waiting. Now when you insert the dvd into your player, it will start at the first chapter and you should be able to play it just like a promo only disc. In either case, 720 and 704, my video is not re-encoded by DVDA. If it was there, I would think it would be under "Optimize DVD" where audio can be re-compressed to different codecs and bitrates.
